Learning Programs

The M&A market is vibrant and continuously evolving in response to ever changing business and economic environment, there is a strong need for M&A practitioners to continuously keep abreast of the latest developments in the local and overseas M&A market and practices.

MMAA, in collaboration with providers of professional programs and seminars that promote professional development in M&A. A list of learning programs are set out below.

 

MMAA hosted a talk on "Emerging Trends in M&A : Risks and Opportunities", an informative half-day session where experts shared their insights into the latest developments in the M&A industry. The session was held on 8th November 2019 at the Auditorium of Asian International Arbitration Center.

 

Jointly organized by Deloitte Southeast Asia, Baker & McKenzie, Wong&Leow in Singapore and Wong & Partners in Malaysia, the M&A education series is conducted in major cities in SEA. It comprises a series of technical training that aims to help professionals frame and implement successful M&A strategies.
