Malaysian Mergers & Acquisitions Association

Malaysian Mergers & Acquisitions Association (MMAA) was established in 2005 as a non-profit organisation comprising individual professionals and companies involved in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities in Malaysia.

The Association serves to promote and facilitate interactions, collaborations and dialogues amongst practitioners and organisations involved in M&A activities in Malaysia as well as to promote best business practices, ethics and professional standards in M&A activities in Malaysia.

The Association also serves as a platform for consultation between and amongst government regulatory authorities and M&A practitioners and other regulatory organisations.
